WILL DANCE FOR KIDS PROJECT is designed to raise funds to fight childhood hunger through dance and dance competitions. When dancers compete they show the world the art, talents and skills they have learned. When they compete and make a difference in the lives of other kids; they learn something even more important, the art of giving. And when that happens, everyone wins!
Penny Broussard is the Founder & Director of the Will Dance For Kids Project. This project is designed to fight childhood hunger through dance & dance competitions. In the past eight years, WDFKP has raised $423,700 (which translates to about $3 million dollars in goods and services in the hands of the Food Bank) and collected over 29,000 jars of peanut butter for the Kids’ Programs at Utah Food Bank. The next competition is March 6-7, 2020 at Taylorsville High School and will once again be dedicated to helping feed hungry kids in our community.
